Hand over office stamps-FDC roars

By David Omuget
The Forum for Democratic Change FDC has asked all old FDC chairpersons and District General secretaries to hand over party district stamps to the newly elected chairperson and general secretaries with immediate effect

In a circular singed by the secretary General of the Najjanankubi faction Nathan Nandala Mafabi, districts that are yet to elect new leaders were also directed to return the stamps to his office at the party Headquarters in Najjanankubi not later than Friday 17th, November 2023

He noted that officers who will fail to adhere to this circular risk being liable for criminal charges of illegal possession of party stamps.

FDC recently held structure elections for district and national leaders and new leaders have since assumed office. However, it is alleged that some former leaders especially those opposed to the Najjanankumbi group (Katonga faction members) are still refusing to handover party assets.
